Maxxis Tyres. Fireblade
- John from UKPut these on and was a little worried as i paid only a small amount of money for. However, as soon as i got on the bike, i could feel the difference, from the handling to the low road noise.
I am running a FZX with a fireblade wheel set up and compared to the Metz i was usinging, these beat them handsdown. looking forward to doing some serious milage soon so will review the wear and life span of these soon.
If your short of cash and need some good quality tyres, then these are it.

CBR600RR Maxxis
- Arran from UKHave the Spupermax on my CBR600RR and there fantastic! Heat up really quickly and the grip is the best I've had in a tire. Lot of people are using these on track days and are being used in the Isle of man TT race's, just one more thing, like any other tire please make sure there warmed up before you start pushing! Safe riding.

Yamaha R1
- Bryce from Houston, Texas USAThis tire does wear well, however does NOT inspire confidence under hard acceleration or cornering. This tire offers longevity of steel with equal traction. Suggest price conscious riders consider the Continental Conti-motion line, less expensive 'long haul' tires. MAXXIS easily outlasts Dunlop Qualifier and Michelin PP 2CT, but understand what you're sacrificing.
