Great tire for the cost

I am a novice rider. My bike had Cheng Shin tires when I bought it, I was actually afraid to turn corners because I felt that I was going to lose traction and fall. I did some research and after reading about the Metzeler tires and how some riders have actually fallen on turns on dry pavement,I decided to go with the Maexxis Pro Max. To my surprise I am quite pleased, I actually enjoy turning and look forward to the turns.I am sure that there are better quality tires out in the market, but so far I have been very pleased with Maxxis.I would not hesitate to get another set if I needed to.
